Heather Kimball

Co-founder and Operations Director

Heather Kimball is the co-founder of TCB Fight Factory and runs operations alongside her husband Aaron. While Aaron coaches the mat, Heather makes the gym work as a business: schedule, member experience, fight team logistics, the youth program, and the family-first culture that defines TCB.

TCB is the only Northwest Arkansas martial arts gym with Team USA coaches and an IKF World Champion on staff. Building that requires more than ring time. Heather is the reason every visitor has a clean facility, a clear schedule, and a real welcome on day one.

Heather and Aaron train their own children — Xander, Annikka, and Aryanna — at the gym. The kids are IKF Regional Champions and Team USA fighters. The Kimball fight lineage dates to 1909, and Heather and Aaron are building the next generation of it under the TCB roof.
